Auch draußen tut sich einiges: Die Außenanlagen nehmen Form an – Terrassen und Mietergärten werden angelegt, damit Sie sich rundum wohlfühlen können. Die Beläge auf Balkonen und Dachterrassen sind fast fertig – und laden jetzt schon zum Entspannen ein.

Our dedicated construction team is working intensively towards the final completion of the building ensemble — and everything is right on schedule. The shell construction and roofing work have been completed across all buildings, and the façades are almost entirely finished. Currently, flooring is being installed on balconies and roof terraces, while inside, the final touches are underway: interior fit-out is nearly complete, kitchens have been installed, and the first elevators are already in operation.
Take the opportunity to experience our property in person — let yourself be inspired by the atmosphere on site and enjoy an impressive first glimpse of your future home.
